FALL INTO FITNESS

Are you ready to fall in love with fitness? We have an entire month of fun workouts and activities so you never get bored and always keep moving! Everyone near and far is welcome to participate. You can join this challenge virtually or in person. Here are the details: 

Who It's For:
Anyone wanting to get into a fitness routine and have fun doing it!

Goal
Build a healthy fitness routine and discover new ways to move.

How It Works:
Use the calendar as a guideline and submit your daily activities into the online form. Each day you do an activity, you get a drawing entry to win multiple prizes. For each class you attend at MoM, you get 2 drawing entries! Post your progress and share your workouts in the exclusive Fall into Fitness Group in our app. We want to know how you’re doing!

Support and accountability from MoM instructors and other people participating in the challenge

 

We invite you to join us on Sunday, September 1st at the kick-off meeting! We’ll be there to give instructions, hand out calendars and answer questions. Then we’ll go for a group walk that counts toward the challenge!

 

We will have a group check-in on Sunday, September 15th to see how everyone is doing. This will be followed by another group walk! On Tuesday, November 1st at 6 pm, we’ll have a party to celebrate completing the challenge! We’ll have treats and drinks and will be drawing the winners of all the prizes!​​
 

Sign up here by August 31st. If you cannot attend the kick-off meeting in person, use the zoom link in your email or in the group to attend virtually. If you have any questions, reach out to Sarah or Jackie. We're here to help make this challenge fun and easy!
