Description

Group Fitness 101 is an introductory workout class designed to help you feel comfortable, confident and informed in a group fitness setting. What to expect: A supportive, low pressure and welcoming environment with clear instructor guidance and encouragement. Thorough break downs of movement patterns, group fitness formats and gym etiquette. Gentle cardio & mobility exercises with step-by-step instruction and a variety of modifications. This class will help you understand common fitness cues and terminology. You'll learn about proper body alignment and injury prevention, along with how to adjust intensity using weights, speed, or range of motion. All ages are welcome! Ages 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult. 45 minutes $10 per class Tuesday 12/30 @ 10 am Thursday 1/1 @ 6:15 pm Thursday 1/8 @ 6:15 pm Tuesday 1/13 @10 am You can take our 101 class once or repeat it, the choice is yours!
