MOVE 4WARD is 4 weeks of guided intentional movement! Whitney and Jackie will keep you motivated with new workouts and fun ways to move while they support and inspire you along the way! This challenge begins on November 4th and ends on December 1st. Here's how it works: Stay active, earn points, and win prizes! Points: 10 Points - Attend class at Movement on Main 5 Points - Do the instructor recommended workout posted in the Facebook group 2 Points - Your choice of any 6 minute workout 1 Point - Your choice of any 30 minute workout 20 Bonus Points - Introduce a new person to a Movement on Main class! Post a photo and details of your workout every day. Keep your activities logged in the activity tracker posted in the Facebook group. The 3 people with the most points will win a Movement on Main exclusive "Eat. Move. Sleep. Repeat." athletic tee or tank! Additional merch and free classes will be sprinkled in along the way! $5 gets you in the challenge and will get you 4 weeks of exercise recommendations from Whitney & Jackie.
