POUND is a full-body cardio jam session for all levels of fitness! This 45 minute class will start with the basics and break down the moves. What to expect: High-energy music A full-body workout So much fun, you'll forget it's fitness! Your first class is only $5! After that: $10 drop-in $48 for 6 Class Punch Card $100 Monthly Membership (Punch cards & monthly memberships can be used at any fitness or movement classes)
