Description

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session for all levels of fitness and Jackie and Sarah will be teaching you all the moves so absolutely no experience is necessary. What to expect: High-energy music A full-body workout So much fun, you'll forget it's fitness! This beginner class class is only $5! After that: $10 drop-in $45 for 6 classes $75 for 12 classes
