Auricular Acupuncture/Acupressure with Jesica

Jesica is a NADA Certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist & Certified Clinical Aromatherapist. Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture is a form of acupuncture that may help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, addiction, substance abuse disorder, pain, tobacco cessation and overall wellness.

Sundays at 5:00 pm

MOVE with Nancy

A combination of strength, cardio and core work that focuses a healthy heart. Great for older adults, beginners and people that are looking for a gentle and modifiable way to move.

Mondays at 10:30 am & Tuesdays at 5:30 pm

POUND with Brandi and Sarah

A music-driven fitness class that combines high-energy music with light resistance and constant simulated drumming. This cardio class will get your heart pumping while improving coordination and building strength. Accessible and modifiable for everyone.

Mondays at 5:30 pm & Saturdays at 10:30 am

PUMP with Sarah & Nancy

A full-body strength class that uses different forms of resistance. Expect to embrace the burn - some days with more reps, some days with more resistance. Accessible and modifiable for everyone.

Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:30 am

Yoga with Jessica

Healing, balancing and welcoming to all. Expect to move slowly through the positions and feel comfortable practicing in ways that feel best for you. Accessible and modifiable for everyone..

Tuesdays at 7:00 pm.

Mobility Mix with Sarah 

This mobility and flexibility class uses a combination of dynamic stretches and bodyweight strength work to help you move with greater ease, control, and confidence. Expect to bend, twist, breathe and flow through different movement patterns that are adaptable for all levels of fitness.

Wednesdays at 10 am

Freestyle Fitness with Jackie

A music-driven fitness class that blends elements of dance and strength training into a full-body workout. This fun, functional and innovative class is focused on improving strength, mobility and coordination. Accessible and modifiable for everyone.

Thursday at 5:00 pm

 

P-Fusion with Brandi & Nancy

A Pilates inspired, core focused class that uses joint-friendly exercises and minimal equipment to create a full-body workout. Expect gentle, effective movements that will tone muscles and improve posture.

Wednesdays at 6 pm &Thursdays at 9:30 am

Club Vibe with Jess

Club Vibe is where fitness meets hip-hop! Learn easy-to-follow beginner moves to music from all generations of hip hop. Expect to work up a sweat and have a blast doing it!

Art in Motion Youth Dance with Jessica (Ages 3-13)

Art in Motion students enhance their musicality, coordination, strength, flexibility, dance technique, rhythm, and body awareness while learning the basics of ballet and jazz.​

Aerial Silks with Whitney

Learning the art of unique art aerial silks will build strength, coordination and confidence! This class is only available for private bookings and can be booked for 1-8 people. Great for birthday parties or just for fun!
