Auricular Acupuncture/Acupressure with Jesica
Jesica is a NADA Certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist & Certified Clinical Aromatherapist. Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture is a form of acupuncture that may help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, addiction, substance abuse disorder, pain, tobacco cessation and overall wellness.

MOVE with Nancy
A combination of strength, cardio and core work that focuses a healthy heart. Great for older adults, beginners and people that are looking for a gentle and modifiable way to move.
Mondays and Thursdays at 10:30 am
POUND with Brandi and Sarah
A music-driven fitness class that combines high-energy music with light resistance and constant simulated drumming. This cardio class will get your heart pumping while improving coordination and building strength. Accessible and modifiable for everyone.
Mondays at 5:30 pm
PUMP with Sarah
A full-body strength class that uses different forms of resistance. Expect to embrace the burn - some days with more reps, some days with more resistance. Accessible and modifiable for everyone.
Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:30 am
Yoga with Jessica
Healing, balancing and welcoming to all. Expect to move slowly through the positions and feel comfortable practicing in ways that feel best for you. Beginner friendly and accessible to everyone.

Fresh with Sarah
music-driven movement class that combines elements of yoga with exercises that improve balance, strength and mobility. Beginner-friendly and modifiable for every level of fitness.
Wednesdays at 10 am
Strong Together with Bre
A mommy and me fitness class that will have you bonding with your little one, building strength and connecting with other mom's just like you.
Wednesdays at 5:00 pm
Freestyle Fitness with Jackie
A music-driven fitness class that blends elements of dance and strength training into a full-body workout. This fun, functional and innovative class is focused on improving strength, mobility and coordination. Accessible and modifiable for everyone.
Thursday at 5:00 pm
A note to anyone new to fitness: All of our classes are suitable for beginners but the ones that specify "beginner friendly" are a great place to start!

Art in Motion Youth Dance (Ages 3-13)
Art in Motion students enhance their musicality, coordination, strength, flexibility, dance technique, rhythm, and body awareness while learning the basics of ballet and jazz. Call/text Jess for more information 989-217-0374
Aerial Silks
