150 minutes of exercise per week to jumpstart your 2026 fitness routine!
Description
January Jumpstart is going to give you the momentum you need to start and stick with a fitness routine in 2026! The goal is to reach 150 minutes of exercise per week - your choice of workouts at times that work for you. At home, hit the gym or take classes - the choice is yours! Write your workout choice and how many minutes you did on each day of your calendar. Post a photo of your calendar along with a photo of you or your fitness tracker after your completed workout in our Facebook group, The Movement, or on your Facebook page daily. Make sure the post is set to public so the challenge host can see the posts, or add the challenge host as a friend if you want to keep your posts private. Prizes: For each week that you reach 150+ minutes, you'll be entered to win $50. You'll also be entered to win a Movement is Medicine stainless tumbler. Everyone that reaches 125+ minutes per week for all 4 weeks will receive 10% off their next punch card, membership or merch purchase. Everyone that reaches 100+ minutes per week for all 4 weeks will receive a Movement is Medicine koozie. Expect other prizes and fun ways to win them throughout the challenge! Registration is $10 and includes a class! The challenge begins Monday, January 4th and ends January 31st. The challenge host will text you once you're registered to send you a digital copy of your calendar or you can download a copy off of our Facebook Page. Printed copies will be available at Movement on Main. Let's move our way through 2026!
