⚖️March Balance Challenge - Day 1
It's officially Balance Month! Today we start brushing our teeth on 1 foot every Monday - Friday and on our toes Saturday & Sunday. Here's a helpful tip if you forget to do it in the morning - pick another task to do in 1 foot throughout the day. Do your hair, wash the dishes, fold laundry or anything else that involves a little movement in the upper body. Don't forget to switch feet halfway through!
Breanna and I will be leading the way through this challenge. You can reach out to either of us if you have questions and we'll be happy to help. We want to make sure you get the most benefit out of this, but also have fun!
