Have you heard that exercising in the morning is best? Morning exercise is only best if that's what works for YOU - your schedule, your body and your personal preference. The good news is that as long as you're getting some movement in, it doesn't matter what time of day it is!

💛MOVE with Nancy - A combination of strength, cardio and core work that focuses a healthy heart. Great for older adults, beginners and people that are looking for a gentle and modifiable way to move. Mondays and Thursdays at 10:30 am

Great Fun While Exercising!

I did Pound last evening with the group at Movement on Main and had so much fun that it didn't feel like exercise. Sarah and Jackie provided a fun and entertaining way to burn calories and get in shape. Anyone can do it at any level. Give it a try, you'll be hooked on Pound!
