Plank Initial Assessment

I did my initial assessment video with the rest of the group at the studio on my hands and decided to do it again at home on my forearms. I lasted 3 minutes in both positions but I could work on keeping my butt down on my forearms so I'm sticking with that through the challenge.


A little recap for participants - You'll write your time from 4 planks per week on the challenge tracker and at the end of the week you'll post a pic of your tracker in this group or in our Facebook group.


You can choose any other core work throughout the week to help your plank time. Well be posting exercise recommendations along the way, along with at least 1 mini challenge you may want to get in on.


Progress is happening fast in this one and that's exactly what's going to keep us going…
