Description
Fresh includes a combination of yoga with flowy, stretchy movements, strength by incorporating weights, resistance bands and isometric holds, and cardio in short bursts. This class started as a beginner level class (formerly Fresh Start) and it has evolved over time to an all levels, adaptable class by offering modifications that work for everyone! Intensity is up in this round but Sarah will guide you on how to adjust that. She'll encourage you to push yourself but also pace yourself. Floor work is involved but will always include standing or seating options. The music will drive you. The movements feel good. The energy will keep you coming back. $13 Drop-in Punch cards & memberships are available. You will not be charged while booking. Pay in person with cash, credit card or Venmo.
