60 minutes of no-impact, music-driven movement that fuses yoga and functional strength!
Description
What to expect: We'll take time to flow, twist, squat, bend, lunge and breathe. We'll use body weight, light weights and resistance bands to get a full body workout, all while moving to the beat of some pretty awesome music!
