Description
Join me for 45 minutes of beginner friendly fitness that fuses yoga and functional fitness with energizing music! We'll start slow and I'll talk you through the moves to make sure you're moving safely and properly. Expect to move in ways that feel good while focusing on form and muscle engagement. I'll teach you multiple modifications that will help you build the confidence to take absolutely any fitness class.
