Description

Build better balance in less than 15 minutes per week! This month-long challenge improves stability, strength, and confidence through simple daily habits. How the Challenge Works: Participants track points throughout March to improve balance and earn prizes. The goal is to reach 75 or more points, with the opportunity to exceed 100 with bonus points. Points are earned by participating in the balance habit daily and strength exercises 3x per week. Bonus points are earned by taking classes at Movement on Main! You'll record an assessment video at the beginning and end of the challenge and we'll send it back to you as a side-by-side comparison to see how all of your hard work paid off! A grand prize winner will be chosen from the videos. Everyone that participates at 75% or more will receive a special balance edition Movement on Main stemless wineglass. 100%+ will receive 10% off their next punch card or membership and a special balance edition Movement on Main tote bag. You can follow along and post in our Facebook group or in the Fit by Wix app. Details will be sent by the challenge host once you're registered.
