Description
If you want to start moving but have no idea where to start, this is it! Think of it as the bridge to your new active lifestyle. Maybe group fitness and personal training feel scary or intimidating? Maybe you just have no idea what style of exercise you like? I'll help you choose, start and establish a fitness routine with 1-1 exercise, guidance and motivation. We'll start working out together where you'll learn basic form and modifications. You'll get familiar with different formats and learn what feels good for you. Once you're feeling confident, I'll set you free on your new fitness journey! My name is Sarah and I'm a NASM Group Fitness Instructor and Stretching and Flexibility Coach. I love helping people through movement and want healthy movement to be accessible to everyone. Simple Start is where fitness finally feels doable. Let's do this together! 44 Minutes of 1-1 exercise.
