Cancellation Policy

Tuition and Withdrawal Policy Tuition for Art in Motion Dance Program is due at the beginning of each month and must be paid in full by the monthly due date. Tuition reserves each student's place in class and covers instructional costs regardless of attendance. All tuition payments are **non-refundable**. No refunds, credits, or prorated tuition will be issued for missed classes, absences, illness, vacations, or withdrawal from the program after the monthly tuition has been paid. If a family chooses to withdraw from the program, written notice must be provided prior to the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Students who discontinue attendance without providing notice remain responsible for any tuition that has already become due. Art in Motion Dance Program reserves the right to modify this policy as needed and will communicate any changes to enrolled families.
