Description

Suspension training is a full-body workout that uses bodyweight and adjustable straps to build strength, improve balance, increase core stability, and enhance mobility all at once. All levels welcome. Please let us know before class if you have any injuries, physical limitations, or restrictions so we can ensure a safe and effective workout for you. Registration is required - this class is currently limited to 8 people due to space and equipment. $13 Drop-in Punch cards & memberships are available. You will not be charged while booking. Pay in person with cash or Venmo.
