Description
P-fusion uses traditional Pilates core-strengthening techniques, joint-friendly exercises and minimal equipment to create a full-body workout. Expect gentle, effective movements that will tone muscles and improve posture. Equipment is limited - registration is important so we can plan accordingly. Punch cards & memberships are available. You will not be charged while booking online. Pay in person with cash, credit card or venmo.
