POUND Unplugged is a 30-minute rhythmic fitness class designed to balance high-intensity cardio with restorative breathing, mindfulness, and meditation. It blends drumming and upbeat movement with a mental reset, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. What to expect: A quick, efficient, and intentional journey. Rock & Reset: Rock (20 Minutes) - High-intensity, rhythm-driven conditioning and strength training that gets your heart rate up using Ripstix. Reset (10 Minutes) - transition into calming breath patterns, restorative stretches, and guided meditation to center the mind and unwind stress.
