PUMP is 60 minutes of full-body strength training that uses different forms of resistance. PUMP offers standing options for floor work and modifications for all levels of fitness. Tuesday from 8:30-9:30 am (changing to 10:30 am on 1/21) Fridays from 10:30-11:30 am
