PUMP is 60 minutes of full-body strength training that uses different forms of resistance. PUMP offers standing options for floor work and modifications for all levels of fitness. Expect timed circuits, weight training and suspension training. You will not be charged while booking. Pay in person with cash or venmo. Punch cards & memberships are available.
