Anyone else off to a rough start?! 😅


Today I hung my calendar in the bathroom and this will definitely help because I keep forgetting the habit pretty much every day! I got my strength exercises in this morning and with my new reminder, I should be able to complete the daily habit from now on.


How's everyone else doing so far?
