Balance and Yoga!



I read this great piece on the yoga philosophy of balance, and two ideas really stuck with me:


  1. Balance isn’t something you “find” someday, it’s something you practice daily. It’s a mix of effort and ease.

  2. Rest isn’t the opposite of achievement. It’s part of it. Slowing down and listening to your body actually helps you perform better long term.
